1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phpar ("phpar," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phpar.app. These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and features offered through the phpar platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the phpar platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of phpar following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with phpar's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and phpar.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the phpar platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phpar, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from phpar or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.

phpar reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or termination. phpar's determination of eligibility is final.

3. Account Registration

To access phpar's real-money gaming services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one phpar account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Verification (KYC): phpar is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID) and proof of address. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpar login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phpar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify phpar immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. phpar's support team is available 24/7 via live chat.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phpar are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: phpar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
• Prohibited Funding Sources: Deposits funded by credit cards are not accepted for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the phpar platform and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.
• Withdrawal Processing: phpar aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements. phpar reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraud.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.
• Anti-Money Laundering: phpar complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. phpar reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phpar offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all phpar bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. phpar reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players must opt in to bonuses where required.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• phpar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not met within the specified period will be forfeited.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on phpar are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general gameplay terms apply across all phpar games:

• All random number generator (RNG) games on phpar use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested for fairness and randomness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles.
• Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in real time. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) and is not subject to RNG manipulation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, phpar's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. phpar's decision in such cases is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. phpar reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• phpar reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or any other irregularity that may have affected the integrity of the game.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpar platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with phpar games or services.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such bugs must be reported to phpar support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, identity theft, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to launder money or use phpar for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phpar staff or other players.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.
• Accessing phpar from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phpar platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of phpar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phpar platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phpar content without prior written consent from phpar.

9. Privacy & Data

phpar collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phpar.app/privacy-policy. By using phpar, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phpar implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and phpar cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Responsible Gaming

phpar is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions apply:

• phpar enforces a strict 21+ age requirement in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification is mandatory for all accounts.
• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods from their account settings at any time.
• Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion period. Players who wish to permanently stop gambling may request permanent self-exclusion, which phpar will enforce across all platform products.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpar's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phpar platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpar account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the phpar platform, even if phpar has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phpar does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phpar reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

12. Termination

phpar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phpar reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination for cause, phpar may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to phpar.

You may close your phpar account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13. Amendments

phpar reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phpar will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. For non-material changes, phpar may update these Terms without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at phpar.app/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of phpar following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and phpar, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phpar's support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
